Cupcakes!

So, of course my love for cupcakes has rubbed off onto my selection of clothing for B. I just had to have this onesie...and it perfectly says "Mommy's Little Sweetie." I could not have made it better myself! Ha! I did notice that many of her pictures, she is wearing this one. She does wear other things! She just looks the best in cupcakes!

And here is a lovely view of HOW BADLY I need a ray of sunlight on my skin. My child, who has been living in a dark womb for ten months has more of a tan than I do. How sad am I? Oh, I miss Cali!!

Nona AKA "Nohnah"

I think I mentioned my Mom was here for about 9 days, thank the Good Lord, and it was the fastest 9 days of my life. This was the first time she has seen H since this past summer when he was barely rolling over (5 months)...what a huge difference from now! It was really good to see her, but I think she spent most of her time learning how to get into child safety locks & how cool H's toys are. He thinks so anyway. Harrison now knows how to get the safety first locks open as well. Our kid is so smart it scares us daily! You think they could figure out a way to child proof things, really!

He is quite the handful of fun times, and I know her PT will be glad to see her soon! HA!

We all had a great visit with Jan. We got to take her to one of our fabulous TJMAXX stores here...we have one on every corner..I know, be so very jealous, right?! And we bought all kinds of goodies! She got H and B some new adorable things as well as me some NO LONGER PREGNANT clothes!! My fav! There is just something about being able to finally buy what is in style b/c everyone knows that after ten months of pregnancy (times two) and with the change of seasons (L.A. to Boston)...styles have changed! I need some serious updates to the wardrobe! And, she helped.

We were also somehow able to take her to the North End of downtown Boston, also known as the Italian section...the REAL Italians! And the food is none other than DIVINE! She got the same entree that we always get, and it was as always delightful. I could go for some Fettaccine & Prosciutto right at this moment!! Sadly, there is so much to see in Beantown, and with the new lifestlye we have recently adopted, there was just not enough time to show her any of it...other than the TJMAXX and Antiquo Forno. Ha ! I think she had a good visit, but I'm sure sleeping on an air bed for 8 nights gets rough...and who doesn't want to come home to a brand new fabulous Maxima? I would!! So thanks Mom!!! You made H's birthday a success! And the rest of the week could not have been better! Love You! And Dad, thanks for letting me borrow her...I'm sure you were a mess without her there that long.

Here are some shots of her with the little guys!

Oh, and her name is Nona, like "on"...we all (Andy and Russ) just tease her and call her Nohnah, because she is so much fun to tease and we know she secretly loves it! :)

B is Two weeks, ALREADY!!

Where has the time gone?? Already, she has smiled, held her head alone, been to her first birthday party, met her Nona, and played with Toby and her brother, the infamous H. She must be exhausted! What a life!

Our family is now complete (hopefully)! And we are so proud of our thriving little ones!!
Happy Two weeks old, Little B!

The BIG One!

Here is a slideshow of Harrison's first Birthday. His Nona was here to share in the celebrations! She got him the crown, t-shirt & bib, and pretty much all of the decorations! Thank goodness! We were just home from the hospital and were lucky to even have been able to get this much done for him. We had a blast watching him figure out the cake, and he loves it (totally my child!!) He was not thrilled about the ice cream, though! Maybe one day.
Hope you enjoy it.

First week of life!!

The pictures are in reverse order of her age....obviously, you can tell by her little round face The bottom one one is the day we came home, hence the "come home" outfit...and the top one is from two days ago. Yesterday we had her follow-up weight check appointment and she HAS GAINED ONE POUND!!! Already! WooHoo! Go US! The doctor actually thought the scale was wrong, and then commented on my "Dynamite" breastmilk. Yes, he actually said dynamite. We are so proud that this time breastfeeding is working...so far anyway! What great validation, as Mom would say!

Looking at her pictures, she is already favoring Harrison so much! They are going to be just adorable together!

Fuzzy Blonde Hair!!

Not sure about where she found blonde hair, but it is the cutest thing!

Check out the hair at:

Click on the Web Nursery on the right side of the homepage.
Choose babies born on the 10th of January (in the drop down box), then Search.
There were only two...pick Victoria...there she is!!

Our little Lady B

We are finally home...I left early. There was no getting anything done at the hospital, as usual, right. The one place they say to "rest and heal" is like the worst place to try and actually do just that! So, we are home and B is sleeping...in her carseat. She loves it...today.

She is a trooper...already so different than the last time we journeyed this path.

The new Blog picture at the top is her take home outfit from Jess (I had her initials monogrammed), and my Johnnie gown Mom hand-sewed for me in the backdrop. I am wearing it in the pictures below as well.

Here are a few pictures we acquired during the short stay. She is just so sweet, and loves loves loves to be snuggled!

Thank you all for your Congrats, we are overjoyed right now!!!
Love you all!
