Foot/Mouth Disease

She looks sleepy, right?

Mommy, look what I found waiting for me in my crib!
How will she ever get to sleep playing with her little toes??

Maybe she is so super excited to go shopping, which is why she is dressed up....I was hoping for a small nap before, but it isn't going to happen.

Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.

On our way moving back home we made a stop in D.C. to see my cousin Laura and her sweet family. They are pregnant again! Yay! I am finally getting pictures into a show for everyone (sorry). The day was perfect! And the weather could not have been nicer! Thanks Laura and Evan for showing us around your town! We had a blast and miss you often!

San Antonio...FINALLY

Try not to be suprised that my fabulous camera erased our pictures from D.C. with the Brownstein's and the San Antonio trip with the Fortenberry's, but it did. Russ recovered all of them for me, and I am just now showing them! I threw some of them into a slide show. Andy got the "wild" children a pool and they loved it! Thanks Andy!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to Us! ....and B's results

Today is our 3 year anniversary. I can hardly believe we met 5 years ago and now have 2 babies. Wow, how time does soar by. Tonight, when we lay the kiddos down for bed, we are going out for dinner and a movie. Russ' parents are coming over to be here in case they need anything. I absolutely can't wait to have dinner and a movie date with him ALONE. Whatever will we talk about?

As for Miss B, we had her Cat Scan last Friday, and today we got the results. She has partial lambdoidal closure...which is actually not the coronal fissure (the one that is so prominent on her forehead). This one, the lambdoidal, is located by her ears. The neuro surgeon wants us to get a second opinion, but he thinks that for now there is no surgery to be done. He wants to watch the progression. He thought that the closing could be appropriate for her age. We will be looking for another opinion as soon as possible before we just stop care and wait.

Here is a silly picture of her laughing and cooing quite loudly! This was taken back in Boston, but I never posted it. She is such a character!

We make silly faces together

This was taken on Mother's Day as well. Wonder what they were thinking about???

looking at each other, H is shocked she can sit up like him.
Playing with my sissy...he is such a sweetheart. He will share many things with her.
Cutest little summer dress
siting in my friend Holland's Bumbo
sweet boy cheeks!

This is my Tummy Time face: one second "I'm ok with it," next second "you better pick me up, or I'm going to make you a fun diaper, Mommy."

Our little guy...not so little anymore :(
H has now decided he likes to be a baby, he removed his "big boy" pants and crawled around in his diaper for us.H had to put his call on hold to check and see what was on B's face.

Back-tracking to Mother's Day

The ladies (above)and my flowers from RH&B (below)

My family drove two hours to see me for Mother's Day. This was really nice not to have to load all of the kiddos (and the many items it takes to survive anything with kids) and drive for hours AGAIN. I promised H & B that after the Boston/D.C. trip to La, and then La to San Santonio and back there would be no more traveling for days in a car seat with the accompany of diaper rash. I sacrificed the delicious Olive Garden lunch I had decided on weeks ago for the ever so popular Ray's Pege. I'm not a fan, but I ate it on Mother's Day because everyone else wanted it. I'm a good daughter :)

We played and played and then I cooked dinner for Mom. A similar dish I had made days before for Lyssa, but she preferred leftovers over my salmon. Silly lady decided to try salmon out for the first time since the Jeb Stuart house while I was there cooking for them. WE NOW KNOW THAT ALYSSA DOES NOT LIKE SALMON, DON'T TRY TO MAKE HER EAT IT. SHE WILL GIVE IT BACK. Thankfully, Mom ate her fish and I did not recieve me the double reject. harrison got the cutest fishing pole set, and he still loves it even e awhole week later :) and, baby B got some beautiful clothes she had to have and probably would not have survived life without them.

Here are some pictures I got from the day:
